Open Introductory evening: 16 October
Main weekend: 17-18 October
In this weekend seminar, you will learn and practice the quiet form of High Energy Qigong (Shen Dan Gong) – a deeply meditative practice that nourishes your body, mind, and energy system while awakening the healing power of your hands.
A unique aspect of this practice is the experience of inner cellular breathing – a profound meditative state in which it feels as though every cell of your body is breathing. As your meditation deepens, your ordinary breath naturally becomes quieter and more subtle. At the same time, an inner rhythm of life awakens, and every cell seems to breathe, absorb, and radiate fresh vital energy (Qi).
From the very beginning, you will learn how vital life force (Qi) is cultivated, condensed, and stored in the Lower Dantian – the body’s primary energy center in the lower abdomen. This growing inner reservoir of energy brings a deep sense of grounding, stability, and the feeling of being nourished from within.
In Shen Dan Gong, this condensed life force is more than energy alone – it is also a living expression of consciousness (Shen). As Qi becomes increasingly refined and concentrated, inner awareness naturally grows clearer, quieter, and more spacious. Vital energy and consciousness evolve together, supporting each other in a harmonious process of inner cultivation.
As your practice deepens, energy is not only cultivated and stored in the Lower Dantian, but also accumulated in the Heart Center and the Upper Dantian, traditionally known as the “Crystal Palace.” This naturally gives rise to greater mental clarity, a deeper sense of inner presence, and expanded awareness.
Through slow, mindful hand movements—as if gently holding a living ball of Qi in front of your lower abdomen—you gently massage your internal organs and spine. These subtle movements support the body’s natural regenerative processes while creating a continuous sense of inner flow that harmonizes the entire organism.
As your mind settles into profound stillness, many practitioners experience an extraordinary sense of peace, inner safety, and being deeply nourished by the energy of life itself.
From this quiet inner strength, the ability to offer energy healing to others develops naturally—without force, simply through presence and trust in the natural flow of Qi. During the seminar, you will practice giving energy treatments, where the emphasis is not on technique but on openness, relaxation, and allowing healing to unfold.
Each morning begins with meditation and an active Qigong practice that refreshes the body, releases everyday stress, and helps you arrive fully in yourself.
Each afternoon, Carsten offers a Taoist healing session using sacred mantras and energy transmission. Release fear, dissolve old blockages, discover a new level of trust and inner peace, and step into a higher dimension of your being.
